Isis arrived into Lisbon at noon on Thursday and everyone is well and enjoying being back on Terra Firma

Hello from Isis.

The crew are all doing well. After suffering a bit of sea sickness everyone is now back on form.

We got the Spinnaker was up last night which was fun.

Now heading down in to Biscay.

We have gained a crew member as a bat arrived on the deck last night and seems to be staying along for the ride.
